Nurlan Dauletbekuly is a senior executive with more than 28 years of leadership experience in Kazakhstan's energy, oil & gas, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

His career spans key roles at major national enterprises, including Kazakhmys, KazMorTransFlot, and organizations within the Samruk-Kazyna ecosystem, where he led construction, operational management and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Nurlan has extensive hands-on expertise in EPC project oversight, pipeline and road construction, offshore development at the Kashagan field, and the management of critical national facilities such as the North Caspian emergency response base.

At OPES, Nurlan oversees project execution, technical due diligence, operational risk assessment, and coordination with state-owned enterprises, ensuring that clients receive accurate market insights, reliable guidance and strong local support throughout every stage of their engagement.
